Do you think this will be allowed for Propoganda? I thought the colored subject on top of a b/w background gave more emphasis on it. But I doubt it'll be allowed for the spot editting. Let me know

The link doesn't work but if you're asking whether or not you can submit a spot edited shot, the answer is no. You should also refrain from posting entries in the forums that you plan on submitting to challenges.
