Still doing the online WW thing. I've lost about 11 pounds, but to be honest the last six are because I am suffering from a broken heart and can't eat sometimes. Not a greeat way to loose weight, but I'll take it.

I am still eating healthy foods when I do eat and exercising once a day even if it's only 15 minutes. I will probably stay on WW on the Flex Plan for a long time. When I go off the plan too much I really don't feel well.

I use the Weight Watchers frozen deserts for treats and make my big meal of the day lunch.

if anyone's curious to know, kashi bars are pretty good, but if you slather a thin layer of organic wildflower honey on em... yum!
