| Hi All - first forums post. I've been stuck in LA for awhile after breaking my back and finally moved back to San Diego. I'm looking for good local photography shops. I know all the deals are the best online but it's nice to have great shops if you just want to pick up a new filter or something. Anyone from SD have suggestions? |

I don't live in San Diego anymore, but I'm a native and I ran my photography business there for 25 years. We always used Nelson Photo Supplies and they were awesome helpful. I doubt that's changed.

I'm a huge fan of Calumet
They are quite knowledgeable, and their in-store prices rival anything online.

Theres also Pro Photographic Repair off convoy and 52 Highway.
If you mention www.sdphotoforum.com they'll give you a 15% discount, they have great turn around times for sensor cleanings and repairs. They also sell photo equipment. |
