I like his pictures.
One thing I just don't "get" ... is this need to use javascript to SLOW DOWN the presentation of your photos just so you can have a fancy little clock and a fade-in/fade-out presentation of the photo.
I have a high speed connection. Every one of his photos is so small that they should just "instantly pop" onto my screen. Instead, they take 3 seconds to "fade into view". All that does is irritate me, slow me down, and make want to go away without ever having seen very much of his site.

Agreed. It's actually Flash doing the slowing down. Everyone seems to use it, but I actually can't stand photography sites that use Flash to present their galleries, and unless I love the photographer, I'll avoid the site altogether. |

The flash made me leave the site without seeing everything. I saw enough to know the photos are great, but couldn't take it anymore. |

It takes about 1 second for transition on my PC so I'm OK with that. I'm on Vista with IE7.
I also used flash on my website and I'm always getting wows from people. Just matter of taste.

edit: the anoying image title that pops up on top is what drives me nuts
