How about Vertigo as a challenge?
Vertigo, or dizziness, is a symptom, not a disease. The term vertigo refers to the sensation of spinning or whirling that occurs as a result of a disturbance in balance (equilibrium). It also may be used to describe feelings of dizziness, lightheadedness, faintness, and unsteadiness. The sensation of movement is called subjective vertigo and the perception of movement in surrounding objects is called objective vertigo. |

| Since I often actually have vertigo, I would expect that I could enter any image and it would meet the challenge, right??! |

I have a head start here as well, as I have Meniere's Disease - the only way I can describe an attack is as being extremeley drunk, having the hangover from hell, and being very, very travel sick all at the same time....
Edit: This would be quite a cool one for expert editing.
