| Does anybody on here watch this show? I'm in love with it, and can't wait to find out what happens tonight. Anybody else looking forward to it? |

| Greys Anatomy! Now that's what I call mental telepathy! I was just thinking that I must watch the time so that I don't miss it. I missed last weeks episode because I couldn't find the channel. Which channel is it on? I keep forgetting. The week before I sobbed my heart out, first because they had to put the poor dog to sleep and then when Danny died! I'm glad my husband was sleeping because he would have found it really funny, me sitting there with the tears pouring down my face! |

Grey's Writers
That site is one of the official sites for Grey's Anatomy. It gives really good insight into the show without giving away any spoilers. After each episode the writer goes on and writes up a blog about the show. It's really good I enjoy reading them.

| Lol, just realised we're on different continents so the channel info won't be of use. Thanks anyway. I'm wondering if we're behind you in episodes or almost watching the same ones......won't ask for details just in case. |

When Danny died? You mean DennY? If you mean Denny, then you are WAY behind us in the US. |

If you just got done watching the show with Denny dying and the dog being put down then your behind us and on the very last show of season two. |

I think the writing is starting to stray from the tight and witty script I fell in love with. There have always been outrageous situations, but they either applied to the main cast only metaphorically or were never meant to quite be taken seriously. But now it's veering the characters off into the ridiculous and asking us to take it seriously. I'm wary. The minute I see McSteamy jumping sharks on a jetski in Puget Sound, I'm out. (Please don't let that ever happen.)

| Denny! Oh DENNY! lol It's the accent! I've had almost four years of trying to understand the different accents since I moved to the UK and now I'm just plain confused! Now I'll have to correct my daughter cos she says Danny too! Considering we are waaaaaay behind, I'm going to read these posts with my eyes closed from now on so I don't spoil the fun! |

I loved the last episode shown here in the States. I watched it twice and noticed a LOT of foreshadowing... anyone else pick up on that?

Yeah, the opening scene with the bathtub and Derrick pulling her up out of it? I'm betting Derrick finds her in the water at the ferry dock, too. The Grey's writers like a lot of foreshadowing and metaphor.

At least where I am, Thursday's episode seems to be run on Friday night as well. Can't wait to see what happens tonight.. but this is just part 2 of 3, right?

Yes, tonights is part 2 of 3... they can't kill Meredith... her last name is Grey... she is the star and the one the show is named after... who would do the voiceovers at the start and finish?? LOL
I love this show!! I own seasons 1 and 2 and I watch them regularly... can't believe how hard I frikkin cry LOL

It usually does, but then I end up going out on Fridays. Tomorrow a friend is treating me to a play in Boulder.

Well, they had Christina do the voiceover intro once, so there ya go. ;-)

The title of the show could reflect on the book 'Greys Anatomy'. But I agree, She is one of the main stars and killing her off is not an option.

MSNBC has actually wondered if she's going to be Alex's Denny. I don't think so. I do think she's meant to show Alex's slow softening and building of interest in Addison's specialty (and, of course, in Addison). I think it's going to be a way to throw Alex and Addison together and see something in each other other than the prettiness. (I also thought it was the only good plot thread in the last episode.)

Do you remember when Valerie Harper, title character of Valerie, quit the show in some kind of feud with the producers? They retitled it Valerie's Family the next season and announced that she had died inside sixty seconds of that first episode - just to spite her so she couldn't come back. Anyway, it's been done before. But there would be about a million rumors about Ellen Pompeo leaving the show circulating if Meredith was slated to die. The whole world would already know.
