I turned it on today, and first the autofocus didn't work. Then after taking one shot, it said "Err 01". I turned it off and then turned it back on, and it did the same thing again. Tried one more time, and now it won't turn on at all.
Tested the battery, and it's fine.
Tested the card, and it's fine.
Tried it with two different lenses, same result.
Does anyone know what's wrong with it?
(It's a 350D)

Error 01 means the camera cant communicate with the lens. Try cleaning the lens contacts and the camera contacts with a pencil eraser(soft one) and retry. If not it may be time to send the camera body or lens in for repair.

Lens communication error.
Ooops, I see MattO beat me to it... yes, try cleaning the contacts. Will likely fix your problem.
