so, what if the humidity is set too low on your dry cabinet or box?
AFAIK cameras, lens are using non-water based lubricants, aren't they?

I know that with film cameras, you would have to turn off the motor drive in extremely low humidity since the plastic film moving rapidly might create static electricity discharge inside the camera, fogging the film.

A pretty odd way to get lightning pics, but it did happen.

I don't know of any similar scenario for digital cameras.
