hi all i bought a panoramic head today and set about using it, i tried to post it here but it isnt playing... anyhoo this is the link to the gallery with the example in , just a test shot but i like it alot its very quirky
ps its number 19 the last one in the gallery....

I really like it. it is different than most panos.

awesome dude! reminds of this guy i found last year, he was using a scanner to make his photos. He would have a car drive infrotn of the scanner during the exposure creating this really cool affect where half the car would be on both sides of the photo... anyway, cool pano, which head did you get?

just the buget panosaurus was like 80 quid its great, i love it!!! using it all weekend, so will have some photos next week, im gonna try and get people involved too... thanks comments are always helpful, more please!!!

Good matching of the detail on the road nearest the camera. That's a true test of stitching. How carefully did you select the rotation point... did you have a reference for the entrance pupil position, or did you work it out using trial & error?

so, this tripod head controls the rotation of your camera for panoramas?

how much hit and hope is required?? LOL

well you have to find the nodal point of your lens first... then you take pics a 3rd over lapping then... phew, load em up in realviz and it automatically stiches... i have found if you set the nodle point correctly it just stiches up perfectly no fuss.... i have made a quicktime vr of the inside of my hose too, its brilliant, cost 150 quid mind but its brilliant.
