Hello all! I entered an image in the Jan. Free Study and and it didn't score too well, but that was really no huge surprize to me. However, Pedro was kind enough to give me a few re-editing pointers and I would like to know people's thoughts with the new version. Any and all opinions are welcome. Thanks!

Definately an improvement and what a good comment from Pedro, I am somewhat perplexed why you didn´t mark it as helpful?

I just hadn't done it yet. I always forget to do that stuff. Thanks for the reminder. :-)

Anyone else? Any opinions are welcome.

Hard for me to believe, but Pedro is an even better photographer and better person than I previously realized.

By accomplishment he obviously is one of the best photographers at DPC, but the fact he took the time to give a superb analysis of what most voters apparently glossed over as less than so-so is a tribute not only to Pedro, but to DPC for attracting the type of helpful photographers people need in order to improve their own work.

The great ones never cease to amaze!

Much improved with the re-edit. Kudos to Pedro for the complete and thoughtful comments, and kudos to you for taking the time to apply Pedro's analysis to your image.

Use his helps on future images and watch the improvement.

Definite improvement. To be honest, I didn't even notice that was a rose in the first version. This version definitely puts emphasis on what is to be the subject. Well done to both you and Pedro. :)
