I'm very interested to know how you used the simpleviewer together with the iWeb program.... I like the layout of what you have here, although it was quite slow to load. (Maybe because I'm at work.......) |

I am using a DSL 3mb line at home, seems quick enough but i also cleared my cache to see what it may be like from fresh, also quick good.
I will PM you some details on simple viewer with Iweb, quite simple to set up just a bit iffy to get the layout right.
until i get some more income from the photography the site can hold, I will then get a professional site done for me.

I dunno, but the pricing on the commercial photography section seems a bit low. You'd do an on-site meeting (I could be the other side of the country) and setup, shoot, and post-process a product shot, and hand over the copyright. All for €30?
That wouldn't even cover your petrol. |

Loads pretty quick for me on wireless cable network. Layout is pretty nice. What some may prefer though is not having to click the 'back' button to get to the menu on top. Otherwise, pretty nice.

Not quite sure what is meant on the back button issue? All menu items should be accessible from each page so you can jump where you want?
On prices should i display my prices or leave that for the contact and prices as per job needs?

The main menu disappears on mine to after selecting a slide-show.
Maybe there is a "Home" button somewhere. I'm using the IE-6.0 browser. |

mmmm strange,
the home page appears, then you make the menu selction. from the top nav bar, from here the new window should still display the nav bar but the button is called Welcome that brings you to the home page.
interesting,
Just tested in IE7 and the menu goes for a wonder?????

You see when you go to a gallery page, then hover the mouse over the gallery. It actually says 'click here to activate this control'. When you click to activate, the top menu disappears.
So, this has got something to do with IE7 and flash and security. |

i like the layout... clean and simple yet professional (cluttered sites sometimes run people off...)
fwiw, loads very well (and quickly) in safari 2.0.4, firefox 2.0.0.1, camino 1.0.1, and opera 9.10 on tiger 10.4.8 (intel and ppc g5) |

Yup, exactly what I meant to say, using IE7. Just tried with Firefox, doesn't happen using it.

It doesn't happen in Opera either, just IE.
The menu disappearing was the only bad point of the site. |

Sites looks good, loads quickly. Great selection of photos there. Didn't spot any glaring mistakes. Shame about the Woody photo tho, he has been through hell all because of DPC!
Bookmarked it. |
