One of our senior citizens had a bit of a problem with the neighborhood security entrance today. That, and telling the difference between the gas pedal and the brake.

The guard was in the building...

The driver in question.

Wow, Sam. I hope the old guy & guard are both okay? You did a great job journaling the event. That's hillarious with the deer! :P

Yes I did - sorry I hadn't gotten back to you on that. That is both scary & dissapointing.

Wow Cindi, just watch that video, find it a little surprising but not to much as it happens a fair amount here. Im just glad your daughters were ok and cheers to your eldest for knowing how to change the tire.

Congrats to you Cindi for getting the word out. My parents live in Jacksonville and we will be visiting them in a month. I'll be sure to check that our AAA membership is up to date lol

I haven't heard all the details. The guard was taken to the hospital. I spoke to some of the guards on the nightshift tonight, but they didn't know how she was doing. She was sitting up when I last saw her, so I'm hoping she is ok.

I have no info on the driver at all. He looked a bit dazed, but that was about it.
