Hi everyone, you are always so helpful, so I am back for more.
I've got my website up
www.Benefoto.com
but now I need clients. I've managed to get a few people thanks for Craigslist (really great BTW) but I am not sure what else to do.
I specialize in actor headshots and am right in the heart of NYC. Also for the next month I've chopped my prices in half- a sort of "winter sale'... really just trying to get clients in.
What experiances have you had with Flyers? (in studio spaces and on the sides of buildings, and what other dieas do you have?
Thanks a ton! |

you might try putting up a portfolio at www.musecube.com
Have you looked into advertising on websites that list actors headshots and profiles? |

Money is quiet tight right now, so I am trying to hold off on paying to advertise on sites.

you dont always have to pay. Its worth checking into the actor sites to find out if you can get a free link. Many times you can. The basic musecube portfolios are free..or they were at one time. |

I'll give musecube a shot, and i'll continue looking for sites which will let me post for free. I've only found 2 so far.
Thanks! |

A site I found is talent6.com.
Edit: I misunderstood. You're looking for paying clients. Another suggestion, go to some auditions and pass out cards. It can't hurt.
