I got a press pass on yesterday's concert of Dave Gahan (the lead singer from Depeche mode for those two who don't know him) in Bratislava/Slovakia. The show was awesome, Dave was amazing. We were allowed to photograph just during first three songs, but it was enough to make some pretty good pictures.

Here are few photos:


Shot with Canon 300D, Canon 50/1.8 and Tamron 70-300 lenses. I love this camera :)

Dayum! Those are awesome. What lens did you use and how close were you? They turned out really well. I assume you used high ISO (800 or 1600).

With the 1.8 lens I used ISO400, otherwise 800. I set the camera to 1/125th and the lights made the rest :)

I was in the space between stage and the first row, so it was pretty close.

Great shots Sahko. He de man! What was the gig like? Judging by Depeche Mode's impressive track record it should have been good. They're lovely and crisp too - you've really caught some good personality and you got up close and personal.
