Just wondering how the white skin effect is achieved. Is it makeup, lighting alone, or PP work? If it is PP work, i'd be interested to see some before and after examples of similar shots. I'm still trying to figure out how much is actually done post-shot in order to produce a lot of the works that I see and love.

Google "high key photography". It can be achieved with lighting alone, or with a bit of processing.
