... to have a 'Watch Threads' option when posting, so you don't have to remember to select from the drop-down list at the top of the page after posting. Mock screen shot below to show what I mean. (I know a ton of other watched threads suggestions have been made, but I didn't see this one (mine) exactly.)
Or maybe make it an option under user preferences to automatically watch threads you post to, then it doesn't require thinking about it at all ... you're just automatically subscribed.

I agree, this feature exists on several other sites I've used.
(Although I'm not sure about calling it "wathch thread." ;) )

Subscribe, track thread, add-to-watch list ... whatever. Just trying to fit in by using the DPC lingo as an example. ;-)

I think mk was referring to your spelling mistake in the screenshot.
Nice idea though, if a little lazy.

Hahaha ... didn't even catch (cathch?!) it when being mocked. LOL.
As for being "lazy", I guess I just like UIs which are efficient for the user versus creating extra steps -- i.e., post/post reply then go back and (if you even remember) click the drop down list at the top of the page and select 'watch'. Seems just having a check box right there when posting is easier (not necessarily lazier). ;-)
