This was taken one very cold morning. Any comments, suggestions and critique will be appreciated.

I do not see a lot wrong with that shot except it is rather boring as it is cropped ... I would take a third off the right and a third off the bottom to make this shot more dynamic. |

Thank you. The photo was not cropped (yet) just resized.

It's a nice looking picture. I would suggest playing with some post processing to add some 'pop' to the shot. I'm not a photoshop expert, so I can't really tell you how to do it. Just play around. Look at some of the tutorials. And maybe it's just me, but the horizon looks a bit tilted.
Again, nice picture.

Just a really quick edit of your file (hope you don't mind).
Levels, right slider to the left to brighten up the grass a little.
History brush on the sky to bring it back to it's original levels.
Levels, left slider to the right to darken the sky a little.
History brush on the grass to bring it back to it's previous levels.
Shadow tool to ever so slightly bring out some more detail in the grass.
I cropped it somewhat like Greetmir suggested and tilted it to level the horizon.
Like I said, this was a really quick edit of the small file, but you get the point on how it can be improved IMO.
I hope this helps.
