I'm looking for a site that can print an image beyond a 40" (60"- 80" max)long limit (DPCPrints limit) that I can sell to the public on super high quality paper (metalic?).

I'm not looking for approval. I just want to set the price, they do the printing, mailing and handle the money.

hmm not sure if there are any sites that will do both that big of a print size and let you set the price also on metallic paper. However I did find out about this site from a forum I was reading //www.elcocolor.com/poster_special.htm here you can share your photo album which I never did. With that said I am not sure, if when you share your album you have the ability to set your own prices.

I just ordered 2 metallics prints from them last night. So I will see how they are, their prices are much cheaper then MPIX.com is which is great but I wanna see how the print looks when I get it.

the only thing i've seen close to that is photoreflect. through them, you can probably find a lab that prints that large. you can use their web version for free, but they'll charge you close to 20% for use of the store-front and backend. i use them for stuff i want to fulfill, and then i only have to pay for the lab cost, since i'm handling shipping and invoicing. they don't offer as much flexibility for web customization as smugmug, but they do offer a long list of affiliated high quality labs (including ezprints, which is used by both smugmug and dpcprints). pm me if you have any more questions/interest.
