I think we need a section for the "Top 10 DPC Topics". This section will have permanent threads for "Titles vs non-Titles", "DNMC Discussions", "Resolution Submission Options", etc.
Then, all such discussion can be kept in this one forum area instead of re-curringly popping up every 2 weeks.

Seriously though, the nature of a forum thread is that it goes off on related tangents -- each revisit of the topic has the potential to take off on another new tangent. Nothing to be gained by what is essentially labeling the topic as 'Done -- nothing more to discuss'.

Not saying label it done and nothing more to discuss....
Just allows it to be categorized. I think a lot of times it's new people bring up the same issues.

I'd be happy if we just had boolean search options on the threads so I could find the old topics easier.

My pet peeve is the threads that pop up, on the validity of photo, legality in basic, trolls, procedure for pming during voting. PPl are never going to see other threads with the same questions or ask the sc. Better if we just create the official threads on basic legality questions or why is the camera acting up or something.
