Shot these a few weeks ago when we took a drive to this area, it's maybe 45 minutes from where I live.
They were shot on film (Kodachrome 64), with my Canon 1N and Asahi 55mm and 135mm lenses.

Comments/criticism much appreciated, I'll try to return comments since I haven't been leaving many lately.

The shots look great, but I was just wondering what made you give up digital?

Thanks. I gave it up for a lot of reasons... I mentioned a few in this thread. I love the look of some slide films, and B&W film, and film cameras are simpler and nicer than digital cameras most of the time. To get a digital equivelant of my Leica, I'd have to spend 5 grand, and it's not even full frame, and to get a full frame 1-series digital body I'd have to spend 8 grand.

That being said, it wasn't really a move based on equipment - I wanted to focus a little more on the craft of getting the best possible photo without any post-processing, which was not happening at all with digital. I also wanted to have a camera that I wasn't temped to 'chimp' at after every few frames, which distracts the flow of shooting and makes you miss shots, and I wanted to be confident enough that I could get the shots that I wanted without needing to chimp.

What's chimp mean?
