Could someone please point me to a basic non-use agreement template? I want to provide the local radio station with pictures from their launch night, but only allow them to host them on specific websites. Licenses for printing would have to be agreed upon later on.

| You might check at Nolo Press; I think they have some downloadable forms, but I don't know about that specific one. |

| Actually, just write up a license which includes only and exactly what they are allowed to do; any other use would be automatically prohibited. |
