I was wondering if anyone could help with a little problem i have come across.... Did a model shoot today, the model did not have professional make up done, she did her own make up. It looks like she has bronzed herself up on the top half, but now I have the problem that her legs are completely different colour to her top half.. If anyone has any photoshop tricks or suggestions I would love to hear them, Please??!

Here is an example photo, this is totally unedited..just save for web!

Thanks in advance

I think dodging would help, and if you know how to play around with layers and masks, I would think Shadow/Highlights could be used to bring the legs to the same level. Sorry can't work on it now otherwise I would tell you exactly what to do..

Try Photofilter (in photoshop):

Around 40% warming filter (85). Then mask it and paint her arms and legs.

Create a new empty layer.
Set the blend mode to color.
Using the brush, alt-click around the area of the skin color you like.
Then begin painting over the areas you don't like with about 20% opacity.

Repainting multiple times deepens the color. Erasing (set at about 20%) will soften. When done, fine tune the layer opacity.

ETA: I'm on my laptop, which doesn't have the most accurate color, but I think she looks fine "as is" (skin tones, I mean).

I don't really have a problem with her leg skin tones (she could be wearing hose). However, the position makes her legs look like they are fake plastic legs from a doll. I know that's no help, but it's the first thought that came to mind when I looked at the photo.
