oops...guess I violated a law for the state of Virginia with my little raffle idea. Oh well, that idea is gone. I shoulda put the damn thing on ebay haha.

--

I'm gonna wait I guess until Wednesday just incase anyone saved the bookmark of it and buys a ticket (otherwise it wouldn't be fair)...

Then you can take your pick:

1) 50 1.8
2) I'll paypal you $15.00
3) 1-year gift membership to dpchallenge

The choice is yours...you have until Wednesday...feel free to send me a PM.

funny huh...sometimes ideas work, sometimes they don't.

Wouldn't be the first time I had a stupid idea.

One time I sold a $120 helmet on ebay...it sold for $.99 (I didn't know enough to charge shipping at the time)...so it cost me $12.00 to sell the damn thing to some guy.

Another time, I sold my 1.4TC...and didn't realize that I had accidentally left it on my 80-200 2.8 when I sold that to someone...so yeah I had to send that guy money back and cover the paypal fees so I ended up losing a bit of money just to realize that I didn't even have it anymore.

LOL! Now we would'nt want to break the law in front of everyone. We know there out there watching.

No problem. Don't worry about $15 bucks let me see what charges, if any. paypal hits me for and you can just return the $3 and those. I'll PM you if I rember to check.

Still laughing.

LMAO I can so relate! My first ebay sale (I'd been an obsessive buyer for a while) was an original Apple 2 with tons of software (5 1/4 floppys) and external floppy drive, etc... still worked! (in 1999). I listed it as a lot thinking nobody wants this crap and to my surprise the mac-lovers started bidding and fighting .... I was amazed! I'd expected $50 and it sold for $350!! But.... I too hadn't known to include shipping and then it didn't prompt you, AND I'd sold it as a lot.... Total weight was about 150 lbs and it cost almost $300 to ship! :/
