| eh - "the child reached out" (exaggerated version) or "...hand flopped out" (Surgeon's version) - I don't see much difference in regards to the emotional impact - for me anyway. |

| Oh, don't get me wrong, I find it wonderful and moving that tiny babes are able to be saved in this way. Maybe I just find the story incredible enough without the need for manipulation? |

I somewhat agree - I just look at this situation the same as when people here make a comment on a photo that represents their interpretation of what they are seeing. like "it's as if..." kinda thing. |
