I hope someone can answer this question. I was asked to submit one of my photos for my hometown's Bell South phonebook. I will not be getting any money for this, but I will receive name recognition, which I am perfectly ok with. Here is the contract. Am I giving away all my rights, or what? Would any of you do this? This is a first for me, so I guess I'm just kind of scared to sign anything before I get advice.
Thanks so much!
Becky

Below is the contract.

You are agreeing to let them do whatever they want with your image on their directory products and to promote them. They can do this for as long as they want. You are agreeing not to convey your image to any competing directory for a period of one year. You are waiving your right of approval over how they use the image.

Everything else is still yours. You have licensed the image to them, not sold it to them.

Thank you so much Robert! I DID read it right then. I just needed another pair of eyes (and someone with more knowledge about these things to point them out!)
Thanks for answering so quickly! (And thanks for the congrats too, Greetmir)
