I think fotofusion is nice software, but beware of their means of copy protection (it checks your license every "N" times over the internet). Those kind of protection schemes may lead to trouble down the road.
(Adobe PS CS is not much better--I've had it require me to reactivate about 3 times since I installed it one or two years ago. The most recent was yesterday. I haven't installed any hardware, except for external USB devices which come and go. It was running one day, and then required reactivation the next, not much happening in between. Now if it had been a holiday, and it refused to activate because of the "# of times" it has already happened, I would have lost access to it for the day or worse, longer.)
Another option is FlipAlbum (//www.flipalbum.com/products/fa/)
(I have that software but haven't had time to use it much, but it looks nice!)
