I was just looking through my photos to see if I could find anything I felt could compete in that 2006 challenge. While I really didn't find anything that would be able to stand up to everyone here submitting their best shot for an entire year, I was able to find a few overlooked photos I failed to appreciate at the time. So for that I am thankful. I was wondering if I could get some comments on this one, and was hoping to encourage others to find go those hidden jewels that they didn't see the first time around. AND POST THEM here

| A suggestion...if you like reacquainting yourself with photos you've forgotten, get Google Desktop with the photos widget (there are lots of other handy widgets too). It runs a miniature slide show on your desktop, and isn't too intrusive now that you can undock your widgets rather than having them all in a sidebar. I have mine set to show everything on both of my photo drives and it's constantly reminding me of photos I'd intended to do something with but never got around to or many that I've forgotten about completely. |
