Hummm.... For a single year but....
By submitting an Entry, you hereby grant the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, and legal representatives an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free (except as set forth in Section 4 of these rules), one-year (from March 15, 2007- March 14, 2008) worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, market, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, promote the photograph and/or caption (as such may be edited and modified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes. In addition, during the one-year period described above, you hereby assign to the Sponsor all rights, titles, and interests that you may be deemed to have in any reproduction, product, or derivative work using or incorporating the photograph or caption. For the avoidance of doubt, entrant shall have no rights to reproduce, use or create derivative works from his/her Entry in any way during the one (1) year period.
