Look at how the wall looks in the background.
It did not look like that until I resized the photo to upload it.

What happened?

I don't see anything abnormal. You would want the background to be out-of-focus as it is in this shot. Looks normal to me, but haven't seen the original to know better I guess.

I forgot to resize it down to 640x512 befor I changed the files size.

I think this one looks better, the wall in the other one has funny lines or something.

Oh, I see them now. Looked like the first was compressed too much. The second one looks good though.

Super photo btw. I do think that cropping it in closer on the left to JUST behind his elbow would make it more dynamic, though.
