Have anybody ever created movies with the 5D? I know Peter and the Wolf was created with the 5D. I'd love to see some movies made :-)

Unless you have A LOT of money to burn, making a movie with a still frame camera is not exactly the perfered option. And if you were doing a frame by frame movie, I'd suggest you get a cheaper camera than the 5D like an old 1D camera rated to 200k frames per shutter or a couple D30's even. Remember an HD image is just over 1mp, so even cropping to widescreen a 3.2mp sensor can be HD resolution, and actually better because it's not interlaced. For a 90 minute movie you need almost 130k frames. Don't get me wrong it's obviously doable, just not very practical if you ask me.

the Corpse Bride filming - tim burton - i think - was done with still frame canon digtial cameras. it was 10 years in the works. they owned a boat load of nikon gear and had ot have all the canon equipment modified to accpet nikon lenses... why not use nikon? well they liked the canon image quality better ;}

a project to say the least.
