May I rant here? I need to rant! One of my neighbors is a mooooooch! I've known that for sometime and generally avoid her if I can... but.... SEVEN MONTHS AGO she was to be attending a wedding that I was contracted to shoot and for the event she asked if she could borrow a pair of shoes from me (I LOVE my shoes and collect them the way some people collect art). Well, today I see her trotting down the street with MY SHOES on her feet! So I step outside and basically yell "You plan to "LOAN" those back to me at some point or have you just stolen them?" She immediately hands me the shoes and starts kissing my ass by offering me some sweaters she's outgrown, some dishes she doesn't want, etc.... BECAUSE.... the shoes... once I take a good look... are ruined!!! She has worn them so many times the insole is ripped and stained beyond repair (a nice pair of Italian heels) and the back of the heels look like she's been jogging in gravel! She's called me, and come over twice this evening, more kissing ass - but yet to admit she's been wearing the shoes the whole time she's had them. She even lied and said she JUST found them in her closet today and was on her way to give them to me.... UGH What a bitch!

Ok, I feel a little better. Well, not much! I might be mad for a while over my shoes! :(

Yeah, she wore them ONCE the day of the wedding and then today to walk the 2 houses down the street to my house. Bullshit!!!!

They were new when she borrowed them. :(

Stupid shoes, its dumb that it pisses me off, but I mean, really.... you borrow something from someone (innapropriate as it is to ask for SHOES for god's sake), but then you wear them OUT rather than return them? That's just sick!

Wait, I know, its like "Dude, can I borrow your shovel?, I really need it bad because I don't have a shovel like that" Its your new shovel, you stood in the store and though long & hard about all of the different shovels and finally found one perfect for you, but he's your friend and it wouldn't be polite to refuse something so small......

More than half a year later you catch him beating your dog with the broken handle that is left from what was your shovel. And he claims he was bringing the handle to you! (walking wrong direction.) Edit: And that he only used it once! :P
