Can I request an admin note on my entry before the challenge starts voting? |

Request admin note currently only appears once voting starts.
However, I'd like to see it as an option when submitting.

I would too. Would save a lot of embarressment (don't I know) and give the image "credentials" for those voters that might think it is not acceptable. |

I agree, I have some ideas that would certainly be viewed as "outside the rules" but once the technique is revealed it's easy to see how it was done.

I think you should be able to request it when submitting. By the time you request it after submitting, especially if you are not around/awake when the challenge starts, many people will have already voted - and I think many who think rules have been broken probably don't do a DQ request but just vote down.

I wholeheartedly agree with this idea. It is pretty inevitable that if voters believe a picture is illegal, they will vote it down despite the wording of the rules. |

From first hand experience, I can say that this would be a good idea, if done right. I don't think it should be an option on the upload page because we'll inundate the admin council with images, but there ought to be a special link we can go to, or a hoop we have to jump through so this could be done.
