When viewing entries in a challenge I often choose not to vote but to add a comment.
Best way to do this without being forced to enter a score in order to register the comment is to use the white comment icon alongside thumbnails in the index page.
But this opens a window which can't be resized manually and is often too small to show the image in it's entirety. So I end up having to use the thumbnail to open and view the image in a new window, close that window down and then open the comment window.
Not ideal!
Possible solutions:
1) Increase fixed size of comment window to fit images at largest allowed size
2) Enable manual resize of comment window
3) Add link/ button on regular voting page that allows a viewer to register a comment without having to click on a score link
I'd like to see 1 & 3 both implemented, if possible.
Kind Regards
Kavey

Damn it I hate when I typo a thread title.
On other sites when I edit a post which is the first in a thread I can also edit the title.
Would that be possible on DPC?

Pressing F11 will maximize your Internet Explorer and you'll see the full photo.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
Do you know why that works but the maximise button is greyed out?

It's just a built in function in Internet Explorer. The maximize button is a web page programming issue in which it was turned off for some reason by the web designers.

Ah... wonder why they chose to do that? Drew? Landon? :o)
Anyway, this solves my problem for the moment, so many thanks...

Mozilla Firebird allows you to decide what a website can and cannot do to your browser. It can resize and maximize dpc popups at will. |
