Anyone have any new year plans that they would like to share pics about later, or post for a GTG if others are nearby and looking for something to do?
My family will be launching watermelons for the annual KC BBQ cook off. It's in S W Florida, near Fort Myers, and is open to the public, P M me if you're nearby and would like to be there. There will be plenty of food prepared by KC BBQ's finest chefs from all over the country, as well as live music, muddin' and melon launching.
This is my first attempt at posting a thumb' in a post. Hope it works.

This machine won the human powered division of the world champ punkin chunkin in 2000, and placed 10th in 01 in the unlimited class with 1,300 ft + human powered, and 2,986 ft unlimited class. There, it's all about distance. Down here it's all about having fun. This is our party gun, we placed 6th with our big one in 2000 at WCPC. punkinchunkin.com is their "official" site.
