Jimmy is right, got to get off that ass.
Here is a tip, dont eat within 4 hours of going to bed. Digesting food is one of the most energy consuming things your body can do. So your body should not be digesting while it should be rebuilding. Not to mention, exess energy w/ no place to go will just store as fat, which obviously if your sleeping, your not burning calories.
You know why breakfast is called that? Break fast, as in, the 1st meal of the day when your break the nightly fasting (not eating). |

thats the way i feel...humans were not put on earth to lay on the couch and eat their weight in junk food. But we have gotten REAL good at it.
just some simple exercises and eating a little better will do wonders.
I really font count calories or my fat intake anymore, I just make a better decision on what to eat.
Also by changing up the way I eat, I very rarely get heart burn or indegestion anymore. I used to get it 4 to 6 times a week and went through tums like a fool.

Pretty funny video... slightly painful to watch, but he didn't hurt himself, just his pride.
This is motivation to drop a few pounds if I ever saw one.

I too tried the Atkins diet. Just wanted to get some energy, not lose weight.
I lasted about 4 days.... (stress however works wonders on weight loss...dropped 10 lbs just like that)

Plan on going on the EAt yourself Slim diet (low carbs like Atkins) real soon now. With any luck in 3 years be a new slimmer me. :-)
