I have been experimenting with long exposure and was wondering if anyone had any tips for making them look as clean as possible?

I can see some noise in there that can be fixed with NI....but I can also see you have tried to drop the exposure on the white/blown areas. This doesn't work. Try a shorter exposure and some added fill light...but only a tad to light the subjects...maybe a torch and paint the areas that aren't exposed by the computer screen in this case.
