| I'm new here. Could someone please fill me in on what free study 16 is as far as the content that they are looking for? |

you could start by reviewing the first 15 free studies in the challenge archive.
you've asked a very loaded question, in that EVERYONE is looking for something different.
you should spend some time in the archive and try to get a feel for what does well here. but don't ask me. i've been here for almost 5 years and i still get totally thrown off. :)
