'k. so in this thread i mentioned that i had to shoot a baby and wanted some other images to review.
well, i got him! meet faolain:
   
i'm really excited at how these turned out. and i'm a total sucker for black and white, i know. there are some color shots in the full gallery here.
you can see faolain in utero in this shot from this summer:
later into the shoot his brothers came home, so we took some shots of them too:
 
the baby was long asleep by then.
this was my first paying gig with my alienbee! i used one AB800 and an umbrella for most of these, though some were taken with an SB800 nikon flash off-camera.
anyway, thanks for the links. :) |

| Wow, look at all those cute little redheads! :) Looks like you got some really good shots. The b&w's really strike as being from a past era, not sure how to explain it but I like it. |

I just logged on...Great photos! I love the one with the spoon.
Way to go on the paying gig. I am shooting a family this Friday (paid)
and I hope they love the photos!

| Neat pictures, the baby looks very happy. I like the pictures of the brothers, their expressions are great. |
