Hello all. I recently presented my Portfolio for my Film Photography class and thought I'd share the images with you guys. I'd appreciate any thoughts you might have on them as a whole collection or specific comments on individual ones. Praise, constructive criticism, whatever you have to give I'll take. Thanks. :-)

Here they are:

I really like "exploration" that's a cool idea. I also like your 1st split frame.

I am not sure about the relationship of the photographs to one another whether this works as a group. How does a girl sitting on stairs relate to a tank? What are you trying to show us?

I enjoy the split frame photographs the most-these are interesting and creative and show your unique pov. The other photographs, probably taken to fulfill a class assignment, it seems that anyone could have taken these.

That was a little harsh.

Well, the final 15 had to be taken from the assignments I have done, so the images themselves do no really have a relationship to each other. They really stand alone.

No, that is not harsh IMO. That is what she feels and I appreciate her honest input, good or bad. :-)

Dude. The two wide split frames are really cool - very "trainspotting"ish. Keep making lots of photos. Feedback can be spotty here so don't fret about low frequency responses to various posts.
