For those who are interested in joining a team, that have not. I am attempting to start a team, please pm me if you are interested. No major requirements to join just a love of photography, someone whos looking to have fun and maybe(anythings possible I guess) learn some.

Hi Mitch,

That would be up to the team, we would have some suggestions and then majority rules. I would think that would be the only fair way of doing it.

Lets create a name for ourselves before we make a new thread so we can know what the thread name is. So far both palmetto_pixels and Jan_vdw have placed in :

DP_Pirates
Exposure_Pirates
Shutter_Pirates
Pirateographers
Misguided_Pirates

Any others would be appreciated.

We need to watch for when the next WPL Starts it hasnt been announced yet

Here is a rundown of the people we have to be on the team as of now. I would like a confirmation from each of you so we can be sure that we have 7 willing participants:

with an alternate of

copykat Just in case one of us does not want to participate. The sooner we can get a confirmation for the 7 people listed we can get started.

Ok we have verified from all but

elizadeb, with that being said we now are starting to think about names. So far suggested names have been:

Long Shots
Doin Shots
DP_Pirates
Exposure_Pirates
Shutter_Pirates
Pirateographers
Misguided_Pirates
Team OOF
Noise Ninjas
Team USM
Team Crotch Shot
Team shoot and miss

Are there any other suggestions or let me know which of these are perferred by the group. We also need to open up a nomination for a group leader. We can do this while we get the last of the validations.

Whoah!!! Where did that come from?!?! I appreciate the nomination and will accept the responsibility if that's what the group wants, but I must admit it's a bit of a surprise.

I'm partial to the Pirate themed titles and am most partial to Misguided_Pirates, but if no one else likes that one, cast my vote for DP_Pirates to keep it simple.
