OK, I'll bite.
With the exception of the kid peeking through the bannister, I think they're well done and certainly any client should be happy to get them.
I think the kid shot is a bit flat and his face, being about the same tone as the wood, gets kinda lost. Other than that, it's a great capture of what I'm sure was a fleeting moment.
My only suggestion is that aside from the people in them, there doesn't seem to be any stylistic links between the images. It's as if each could have been done by a different photographer. |

I like the photos....only one general comment...I really like the color tone used on the picture of the 'guys'....with the exception of the man on the left ears.....the coloring is making his ears look very pink.
unfortunately distracts from the picture. How to fix? I don't know.

Thanks for the comments...All shots that I have posted are all candid, not one of them is posed, so maybe this is why they seem different??
Thanks for taking the time to give some advice!
Oh and dassilem, I never noticed the ears...I'll see what I can do to fix them..
Thanks!

I was thinking more of the post treatment, the one with the little girl has an overall cool tone, the one with the woman on the staircase has a warm feel, another has selective desaturtion, one is all B&W and the one of the men outside has some sepia thing going on.
Don't get me wrong, none of them are technically bad, it's just that they don't seem to fit together as well as they might. Maybe it's just because I'm only seeing these few images and not the whole thing, but there's no commonality with the treatment given each image.

Ah...ok I see what you are saying now...These are processed differently as samples to the client of what can be done....The photos for the proof album are processed all the same, then we put in some doubles but processed differently, which is what I have posted here..
Thanks..

Hope you don't mind me cropping one of the pics, but I really like the bride in an isolated pic, as above. I also liked the pic of the groomsmen. :)
Maybe use more levels on the other pics? I'm not a pro, so I don't know... |
