There has been a look that I have been trying to get for a while ...
Kinda a illustration fusion type thingie...
here is what I have so far

I would like input on 1) style and 2) execution of the style

Thanks Y'all

waauww, nice.

2 points of critique :

1 : don't make it a plastic doll, especially on the hands.
2 : the flare looks kind of cheap, not sure myself how to do it different.

I agree with Perrush on his points. However, if the flare looked more like real lens flare then I think it would be great. Real lens flare is more hexagonal in shape rather than circular and doesn't look that perfect.

Well I think as an "illustration fusion type thingie" you've done it! Looks like something one might find in a fashion mag or revlon ad. I, myself, am not a fan of plastic-looking barbie doll processing, but I think for your objective, it came out quite well. And I'd have to agree with the others, nix the artificial lens flare.

And that is what I was going for a more "illustrative" type look...
The prototype is a photographer that goes by the name "Max V."
The only place that I can find his work is One Model Place.
(WARNING:NUDES AT THIS LINK) Max V at OMP

I want to get the post processing down and then apply my own style

the "lens flair" is more of a design element than "lens flair"
Guess I need to define it more
