70-200 F4 IS

I have the top image for this lens (well, the only image) and I have sent the damn thing back! Too soft, not fast enough, paid the extra and ordered the 2.8 IS, should be with me next week.

Maybe I had a bad copy, but glad the 2.8 IS is on its way now.

Strangely the issue I had with the F4 IS was lack of detail close up, but this only happened when IS was switched on, so I am thinking it could be an over-active IS gyro adding vibration to the correction lens.. Speculation as I have no idea how IS really works..
