Has anyone here had any experience of them? Their prices do seem cheap, they have answered all my queries pretty quickly thus far (such as does xxx lens come with the hood, tripod collar etc). They also offer this pay the VAT back if you are charged` kind of deal...

So, anyone shed any light on these guys?
