Are the DPC servers going to observe DST?

| Actually, the DPC servers are observing DST right now! I assume they will go back to standard time at 2:00 am on Sunday morning. |

I would say "definitely" that DPC will observe the ending of Daylight Savings Time. Which means everyone has an extra hour this week to submit the next Open challenge!
The timezone displayed at the bottom of each page (where all the copyright notices are) is actually incorrect; it should say "EDT" right now. "EST" will only be correct after 2:00am on October 26th. Since it doesn't appear that the timezone is "generated", perhaps the footer should be modified to just display "ET".
