Exactly, so by not stripping it, you're effectively telling them.

Do any of the stock agencies require exif? I've never heard of that before.

I haven't looked at all the stock agencies, but I'd like to know which ones are rejecting images based on the camera used to shoot it?

Alamy certainly don't care, as long as your pics are up to the technical specs. The happily accept images from 8mp DSLRs - I can't personally comment on the Digital Rebel but they've accepted stuff from me out of a D70 and a 20D.

I think you will find that to be the norm.
