Every engagement shoot I've ever done has been outside, from back in my film days on up to today. Except this one. They wanted the engagement shoot done in studio. I have to admit, I was actually rather nervous. I didn't know if I could get the kind of "variety" that I typically shoot for engagements while confined in a studio. And yet I still managed to shoot about 150 photos, of which I showed them 85. They picked 10 that they wanted printed.

Here are a few of the ones they picked:

Sad thing is, I learned a lesson on this shoot. From now on, I will always ask clients ahead of time if they are allergic to cats. This guy started reacting almost *immediately*. His eyes started watering and went bloodshot and he was sneezing in between pictures. I assured him I'd take care of the "side effects" in the images. But still, I learned a valuable lesson.

I think she looks horrible in the second one - it definitely doesn't do her any justice.

I love all the others though.
