after registering all my info, i was told that my transaction exceeded my sending limit and was asked to send $1.50 more for Pay Pal. Is this the normal process for registration?

If you are going to pay for anything via PayPal, you have to either have an account or create an account. The only thing it has to do with DPC is that this is the first site you've used with PayPal. You don't have to maintain a PayPal account to keep your DPC membership.

Not sure about the $1.50 thing.

I have used a pay pal account for a few years. It is well accepted all over the web. It costs nothing and is very handy

You are right dc - and I should have mentioned that also - I use Paypal personally and for my business. It's a great resource for internet purchasing...

It does cost money to deposit the money from PayPal into your account. They rake it on ya. Unless you get the CC and just use it when there is money in it like i do.
