My entry has appeard minus the date.... I swear I included it when entering....
Could it be that the site stripped it out (and I didn't notice!) or it it that I am just an idiot who is going to
get a low score in this challenge!

i.e. '76 My shot

Anyone..?

buddy - try contacting the Site Council for help if you are concerned about this. I think the date is not important unless it is stripped from the original EXIF as well. Good luck

Oh... the date is important... required to meet the challenge that the date appears in the title...

Langdon can change titles if you send him a note. The damage may be done already though...

I don't have the year in my title either. I guess I misread thinking that it was not mandatory. I tried to be creative with my title so it would be obvious. Didn't work. Even so I'm getting some nice comments from people and a few not-so-nice as usual.

I wonder if your single quote (apostrophe) caused a problem.

Not to sound cynical... but I've never seen the site magically remove a portion of a title...

I just tested this and the site does not strip out '68
So, my fault then Doh!

That'll be old age then... LOL
