I'm putting together my personal best scoring shot for DPC Prints.

This'll be my first time offering anything for print.

I've re-edited it using skills I've developed since my entry, so I think it looks even better, but I really have no clue what a print will look like. And I have serious doubts that printing even an 8 x 10 on my inkjet printer will tell me.

Anyone have any insights? I'd hate to put something out there and actually sell my first photo ever only to have it look bad when it arrives.

Thanks!

Put it up ... and then buy a copy for yourself. You'll gain printing experience and confidence in your workflow. Plus, you'll have something to hang on the wall, and a sales tool for selling prints to future customers. :-)

Hi Jeff,

I'm doing the same with one of my shots, it's currently sitting at 6000x4000 with 300 DPI, and I'm pretty confident it will do the trick. Also, it does have to be submitted for review, so they'll tell you if it's not good :)

Good luck
